Jim was introduced to us by a mutual friend who knew we needed a good realtor to help us quickly sell the home of a relative after she'd passed away. We were not PA residents and could not stay long in PA, but in the limited time we worked with Jim in person, we grew very confident that we were in good hands. Jim gave us excellent advice on exactly what repairs would be needed before marketing the house, and then coordinated the details to make those repairs happen even after we had to return home. He located a qualified buyer quickly and kept us informed through the entire closing process. We were thrilled with how quickly and smoothly everything went. Later that year, we found ourselves in need of another realtor for another out-of-state property, so we called Jim to see if he had connections in that state as well. Although he did not have anyone from his firm there, he took the time to research and find a realtor to recommend to us.
